This commission involved a total renovation of all  8850 square feet of this circa 1776 historic estate home. A major focus was the remodeling of the servants' quarters to better suit the current  needs of the 21st century; including the design of a new kitchen. Renovations   opened the home to the  garden vistas and water views that grace this home. Exterior site   changes involved the design of a new entry approach and auto court.
